One97 acts as a service partner to Clix Finance for certain services which include collection of customers’ /merchants’ KYC documents, customer service, technology service provider and to act as a collection agent. However, approval of the above-mentioned facility/term loan is solely at Clix Finance’ discretion. PAISABAZAAR MARKETING & CONSULTING Pvt. Ltd. facilitates sourcing of Personal Loan to Clix Capital Services Pvt. Ltd. (“Clix”). Paisabazaar acts as a service partner to Clix and performs services such as providing a digital platform for sourcing loan applications, technology services and fulfillment on behalf of Clix. However, approval of the above-mentioned loan facility is solely at the discretion of Clix.

GC Web Ventures Pvt. Ltd. (IndiaLends) facilitates sourcing of ‘Term Loan’ (“Personal Loan Facility”) to Clix Capital Services Pvt. Ltd. (“Clix”). IndiaLends acts as a service partner to Clix and performs agreed services that includes sourcing loan applications and fulfillment on behalf of Clix. However, approval of the above-mentioned loan facility is solely at Clix discretion

Mywish Marketplaces Pvt. Ltd. (MMPL) facilitates sourcing of Personal Loan to Clix Capital Services Pvt. Ltd. (“Clix”). MMPL acts as a service partner to Clix and performs agreed services that includes providing digital platform, sourcing loan applications and technology service providers on behalf of Clix. However, approval of the above-mentioned loan facility is solely at Clix discretion.

Whizdm Innovations Pvt Ltd (“Moneyview”) is a digital lending platform which provides loans to the individuals through its lending partners. Clix Capital Services Private Limited (“Clix Capital”) is one of the lending partners of Moneyview. Moneyview acts as a service partner to Clix Capital for certain services including sourcing of loans, collection of customers documents, customer service, technology service and collections. However, approval of the above-mentioned loans is solely at Clix Capital’s discretion.
